Television broadcasting company Prva Televizija, former Fox Televizija, was established in 2006. Prva TV is a Serbian commercial TV station with national coverage. As of end-2009 US media group News Corporation held a 49% stake in Fox Televizija and in 2010 it sold its share. It changed its name to Prva Srpska Televizija in September 2010. Prva Televizija D.O.O. manages also Prva World, Prva Plus and Prva Max TV channels.
