Serbian Glass Factory (Srpska Fabrika Stakla), which was established in 1907, is based in the central town of Paracin.
The company is engaged in production of container glass, table ware glass, technical and optical glass.
In November 2006, Serbia's Privatisation Agency sold a 98.86% stake in the plant to Bulgaria's second largest glass container manufacturer Rubin for EUR 100,000.
The new owner also pledged to invest EUR 25 million in the factory.
