Trade organization Vojvodina was founded in 1962. December 22, 1997, it was divided into four independent legal entities TP Prehrana , TP Tehnopromet , TP Tekstil and TP Tehnohemija . During 1997, TP Tehnohemija was initiated bankruptcy proceedings, and on November 18, 1997. Bankruptcy was also opened. From the bankruptcy company, the Company comes out on Octorber 06, 1998.

The Company s share have been listed in Belgrade Stock Exchange under the symbol THSM since December 29, 2008.
