Cement Factory Kosjeric was founded in 1976. It deals with production of cement, lime and gypsum. The company additional activities include transportation of cement as well as hotel management.
In 2000, the factory reached 21% share in domestic cement market. The installed annual capacities of Kosjeric is around 0.6 million tones cement per year.
In March 2009, Titan became the sole owner of the company through its Cyprus-registered subsidiary Tithys. In November, Tithys transferred its shares in Titan Cementara Kosjeric to Netherlands-based AEAS, also part of Titan Cement Group.
