The Republic Institute for Judicial Expertise AD Novi Sad is an institution founded in 1973. with the aim of performing expert services and valuation of assets and capital - for the needs of courts and other legal and natural persons. The Institute has long-standing cooperation with the Municipal, District and Commercial Courts in the Republic of Serbia.
After the formation of the new judicial network, at the beginning of 2010, the Institute continued its cooperation with the Basic, Higher and Commercial Courts, and thus indirectly contributes to the quality functioning of the judicial system of the Republic of Serbia.
Professional and quality staff of the Institute are permanently employed experts of various profiles and highly professional and professional external associates (doctors of science, masters, professors). The Institute for Judicial Expertise receives a decision from the Ministry of Finance to be entered in the directory of the organizer of professional training and the directory of the organizer of continuous professional training, thus obtaining the legitimate right to expand its core activity (training) to the training and education processes of licensed appraisers of the value of capital and real estate
Training and lectures will be organized at the University of Novi Sad, Belgrade and Nis, by professors from several faculties of the University in those cities. Accordingly, as early as mid-July 2017, until August 14, 2017, the application for the first training and education of certified appraisers of the value of real estate and capital begins.
