The JSE advised that, amongst others, the listing of Premier will be terminated with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 3 May 2005 Various companies have been suspended from trading for a number of years and the terminations follow a lengthy and exhaustive process of investigation by the JSE to determine whether the companies'continued listings are of benefit to shareholders. In each instance, there exists no possibility of any distribution to shareholders being declared. The JSE has, where appropriate, received the written confirmation of the companies'liquidators to this effect. This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
