African Sun Limited, formerly Zimbabwe Sun Limited, is a Zimbabwe-based hospitality management company. It operates in the hospitality and leisure industry through a number of hotels, resorts, casinos and timeshare operations throughout Zimbabwe, two city hotels in South Africa, three resorts in Nigeria and a hotel in Ghana. Its Zimbabwe operations portfolio includes three resort hotels in the town of Victoria Falls, The Victoria Falls Hotel, Elephant Hills Resort and The Kingdom at Victoria Falls, as well as Hwange Safari Lodge, the Company’s safari operation. The city hotels in Zimbabwe also include three Intercontinental Hotels Group affiliated brands, the Crowne Plaza Monomotapa, three Holiday Inn branded hotels and the Great Zimbabwe Hotel. African Sun limited leases and operates properties from Dawn Properties Limited, an investment property holding company in which it holds a stake.
