The residential segment performed particularly well, with sales of new units rising by 5.3% y/y, driven largely by the My House My Life Programme (MCMV), which accounted for 46% of all units sold during the period. According to data from the Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry (CBIC), properties within the MCMV segment recorded a 12.03% increase in sales compared to the same period in 2024.
