The Company runs the business of producing Spinning and manufacturing and exporting of readymade sweater and pullover apparels of all kinds out of wool, cotton, synthetic fibers, acrylics and others to establish a modern Sweater Factory or manufacturing Sweater shirt and pullover of acrylic cotton., wool, silk, jute, flex, synthetic,and/or any fabric yarn for men, women, boys, and girls and marketing the same in the foreign market.
The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994 on June 16, 1999. and transfereed into public Limited Company as on 13 January 2012.
The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited in 2016 and Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited on March 23, 2016.
