1986:The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on November 27, 1986. It obtained registration from former Chief Controller of Insurance, Government of Bangladesh on December 4, 1986.
The Company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on December 1, 1986.
1994:The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and on Chittagong Stock Exchange on December 4, 1994, with authorized capital tk 500000 ordinary capital with par value 100 tk.
