The Company manufactures cement from various raw materials, i.e. Clinker, Gypsum, Slag, Lime Stone, Fly Ash, etc, at its manufacturing plant located at West Muktarpur, Munshigonj and marketing the same in the local as well as foreign markets.
The Company was incorporated on October 14, 2001 as a Private and converted into Public on April 16,2010.
The Company started it s production in March 12,2004.
The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange in February 11, 2013 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on February 03, 2013.
The Company change it s name from Premier Cement Mills Limited to Premier Cement Mills PLC on December 01, 2022.
