The buyer - Dunav Press Invest – pledged to invest another USD 1.93 million in the printing firm over the next five years.
The remaining 20% stake in Dunav Press was offered to its employees in non-voting shares.
In 2007 the company bought a five-colour printing equipment Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-5+L, its second Heidelberg machine. Dunav Press bought three printing machines worth EURO 3.0 million in 2005.
