Wine of Terroir. In 2004, after much research on soil and climate, it was decided to implement five acres of fine grapes, in the region of the Alto Uruguay, Brazil, a region considered to be at least different for the cultivation of vines. Três Palmeiras, is characterized by a relief of coxilhas, soil well-drained, stony and medium fertility. During January, February and first fortnight of March, months of harvest, the region is marked by heavy drought, which favors the perfect ripeness of their grapes, producing wines that reaching 14.5% alcohol naturally. There is also a good temperature range, the temperature difference from day to night could be over 8 ° C. This favors the intensity of color of red wines, and the tannins of the ripe grapes. The winery Antonio Dias was born out of passion for good wine, quality concept, where the vineyards are the basis of the whole process, with limited production per plant.
