The Company has built a comprehensive and reliable cloud platform consisting of extensive cloud infrastructure, cutting-edge cloud products and well-architected industry-specific solutions across public cloud, enterprise cloud and AIoT cloud services, based on which the Company has achieved a leading position in the cloud market in China.

History
2012: The Company is a limited liability company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on January 3, 2012. The Company incorporated Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited under the laws of the Cayman Islands as our offshore holding company. In February 2012, the Company incorporated Kingsoft Cloud Corporation Limited as Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong. Kingsoft Cloud Corporation Limited incorporated Beijing Kingsoft Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., or Beijing Kingsoft Cloud, as its wholly-owned subsidiary in the PRC. In December 2015, Kingsoft Cloud Corporation Limited incorporated another wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Yunxiang Zhisheng Technology Co., Ltd., or Yunxiang Zhisheng, in the PRC.
2017: In December 2017, Kingsoft Cloud Corporation Limited incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Kingsoft Cloud Inc., in the United States, to operate cloud service business and conduct research and development on cloud technology and products.
2020: The Company began trading on the NASDAQ under the symbol KC.
2021: In September 2021, the Company acquired 100 equity interests in Camelot Employee Scheme Inc. (“CES”), which owns 82.15 equity interests in Beijing Camelot and its subsidiaries
