The Company operates as a couture house worldwide. The company offers ready-to-wear, made to measure, footwear, leather goods, costume jewelry, accessories, eyewear, and childrenswear under the Lanvin brand name; ready-to-wear, legwear, lingerie and beachwear, and accessories under the Wolford brand; footwear under the Sergio Rossi brand name; luxury womenswear, footwear, handbags, jewelry, and leather goods under the St. John brand; and leisurewear and formalwear under the Caruso brand name.

The Company s products are sold through an extensive network of around 1,200 points of sale (“POSs”), including approximately 300 directly operated retail stores (across our five portfolio brands) as of December 31, 2022. The Company distribute its products worldwide via its retail and outlet stores, our wholesale customers and e-commerce platforms. Taking into account its DTC (including both directly-operated stores and e-commerce sites) and wholesale channels, it is present in more than 80 countries.
