2024 On March 26, 2024, Nasdaq announced that the Company s securities were suspended from trading. Subsequently, Nasdaq proceeded with the delisting of the company s ordinary shares.
After being delisted from Nasdaq, the Company is now listed and trades on the OTC Markets. Its current ticker symbol on the OTC Markets is YGFGF.
