Sociedad Concesionaria Vial Montes de Maria SAS is a Colombian highway concession company responsible for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the Puerta de Hierro–Palmar de Varela and Carreto–Cruz del Viso corridors as part of Colombia's Fourth Generation (4G) road infrastructure program. It operates a major transport infrastructure project covering approximately 198 kilometers of roadway connecting the Caribbean port regions of Sucre, Bolivar and Atlantico to interior markets. The company's scope includes project studies, environmental and social management, predial management, rehabilitation, and ongoing operation and maintenance activities. Its strategic positioning is tied to improving regional connectivity, supporting economic development and facilitating efficient freight and passenger movement in northern Colombia; the concession is backed by infrastructure investors and executed under contract with the Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI).
