Premia Tallinna Külmhoone is an ice cream producer located in Tallinn, Estonia. The company has a long history, dating back to 1956 when ice cream production began in a factory on Peterburi road. Today, Premia still operates in the same historic location. With a team of 200 employees, the company delivers approximately 5,000 tons of ice cream annually to both domestic and export markets. Premia holds a significant market share of 40% in the Estonian ice cream market and is known for its popular brands Eriti Rammus, Premia, and Väike Tom. Other well-known ice cream brands produced by Premia include Regatt and Vana Toomas. In addition to ice cream, Premia also offers a wide range of frozen goods such as vegetables, berries, dumplings, fricadels, and pizzas under the Pealinna and Maahärra brands. Since 2014, Premia has been a part of the international Food Union group, which brings together leading ice cream and dairy producers from various regions.
