It runs a system of subsidiaries specialized in import and trade with commercial and personal vehicles manufactured by MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, MAN and NEOPLAN. Auto Hrvatska d.d. also trades in spare parts, accessories and tires of renowned manufacturers. Additionally, the company operates a network of service shops, as well as automotive equipment and tools stores. Auto Hrvatska d.d. turned into a joint-stock company in 1992 and its shares were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in 2003.
