Cateks d.d. is a Croatia-based textile producer established in 1874. The company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of polyurethane-based artificial leather for upholstery, as well as domestic clothes and sports and recreational products. It also offers medical and military clothing, protective clothes and technical materials for special purposes. Cateks d.d. exports over 60% of its output to Germany, Belgium, the U.S., the U.K., Hungary, Slovenia, France and Italy. The company's shares have been traded on the Zagreb Stock Exchange since 1997.
