Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. began operations in 1949 as a state-owned telecommunications provider named Nikola Tesla. It became a license partner of Sweden-based telecommunications group Ericsson in 1953 and its affiliated company in 1994.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. offers to its customers the entire Ericsson portfolio of telecommunications products, solutions and services. It produces telecommunications and electrical equipment, television and radio transmitters and telephone apparatus, as well as telecommunications software.
The shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. have been traded on the Zagreb Stock Exchange since 2003.
