Inter Cars d.o.o. is a Croatian subsidiary of one of the largest European distributors of spare parts, tires, batteries, and other equipment for personal and commercial vehicles. They also offer tools and equipment for service workshops and motorcycle parts. The parent company started operating in Poland in 1990. In 2004, Inter Cars was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange through an IPO. In 2014, Inter Cars S.A. received the Stock Exchange Company of the Year award in Warsaw, generating a revenue of 931 million EUR and a net profit of 40 million EUR.
