KTC d.d. is a family-owned company owned by Ivan Katavić. The company was established in 1992, and its first trading center was opened on October 8, 1994, in Križevci. KTC d.d. operates in 25 cities in Croatia and employs 1460 employees. In addition to trading as its main activity (supermarkets, agricultural pharmacies, and gas stations), the company is also involved in hospitality and tourism. Cooperative production with the village holds a special place in the company's operations. Around 5,000 tons of agricultural products are purchased annually from 250 cooperatives (General Terms). The trading and hospitality facilities serve around 14 million consumers annually. In the past decade, the KTC Loyalty Club has been established, which has around 180,000 members.
