The company's share capital is 3,600,000.00 Croatian Kuna, consisting of 36,000 regular shares with a nominal value of 100 Kuna. The company's shares, with the symbol TRFM-R-A, are listed on the Regular Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The company's organs include the General Assembly, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board. The Management Board consists of the company's director, while the Supervisory Board has three members elected by the General Assembly for a four-year term. The company's Statute, which is its basic document, states that the company will invest its assets with the aim of increasing their value and multiplying the shareholders' capital in line with the types and risks of investments. The company will prioritize the safety of investments and minimize risks, solely in the interest of the shareholders.
