PT. Davomas Abadi (DAVO) operates cocoa powder and cocoa butter processing for use in food production such as chocolate bars, biscuits and candies. DAVO buys raw chocolate (in the form of cocoa beans) from suppliers, then processes it into cocoa butter and cocoa powder (both natural and alkaline varieties). Its final product is used as main raw material for chocolate products such as: chocolate bars, biscuits and confectionary. Cocoa butter is also used as the raw material for cosmetics as well as pharmaceutical products. The majority of the DAVO's products are exported to Western Europe, USA and Eastern Europe. DAVO's production facility is located in an industrial estate in Tangerang, West Java. The company was founded in 1990 and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
