BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) is a power distribution company located in Delhi. It was incorporated on July 1, 2002, after the unbundling of the Delhi Vidyut Board. BYPL is a joint venture between Reliance Infrastructure Limited and the Government of NCT of Delhi, with a shareholding of 51% and 49% respectively. The company operates in the Eastern and Central parts of the National Capital, covering a license area of 200 sq km. BYPL serves its customers through three circles (South-East, North-East, and Central) and fourteen divisions (Chandni Chowk, Darya Ganj, Dilshad Garden, Jhilmil, Karawal Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Mayur Vihar, Vasundhara Enclave, Nandnagri, Pahar Ganj, Patel Nagar, Shankar Road, and Yamuna Vihar). BYPL is known for its quality, reliable power supply, and customer-friendly practices.
