The Company established as a Private Joint Stock Company on 17 March 1999 and registered under a registration number 419 on 10 April 1999.
The Company started its activity on 29 May 2000.
The Company changed its legal form to be Public Joint Stock company On 13 December 2008 .
The Company was listed in Iran on 9 January 2011
