Beit Al Mal Saving and Investment for Housing, also known as Beitna, is a Jordan-based public shareholding company that operates in the real estate operations and investment sectors. The Company is engaged in financial, investment, housing, construction and trading activities in accordance to Islamic Sharia principles. Its projects include Beitna City, Mega Mall, and Free Zone. Beitna City is a construction and development project, which intends to develop a city center containing different commercial, health, educational, residential and recreational services required by cities. Mega Mall is a project under construction within Beitna Towers, which will be managed and operated by Mall Investment Private Shareholding Company. The Free Zone project is a private free zone city on the new Iraqi borders, which will be managed by Beitna, and will consist of such activities as industrial, warehouse grounds, commercial, educational and public and specialized hospitals. Beitna got delisted from the Amman Stock Exchange on April 30, 2012.
