The company‘с activities include purchase and sale of land and properties, land subdivision, investment, development, maintenance, management, rent, and sale of property, construction, investment in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. In addition, it is also involved in importing construction materials and equipment to serve its construction needs. Its landmark project is called Emmar Towers – a group of luxurious office buildings in Amman. Other projects include Nihavent Konakari in Istanbul, Oryx Hotel Aqaba and Dead Sea Chalets and Villas on the Dead Sea. It has two subsidiaries – Jordan Mounts for Real Estate Development, which is the land development arm of Emmar, and Eastern Amman for Housing and Development, which focuses on affordable housing projects.
