Post of Kosovo is the national postal service office set up in 1959. It was established in 1959, along with the Telephone and Telegraph of Kosovo (PTT), with the decision of the Steering Council of Yugoslavian PTT Communion and the approval of the Executive Council of the national Republic of Serbia.
Post of Kosovo received exclusive rights to be sole public operator of postal services in 2004. As of July 2005, the company operates as a business unit of Post and Telecommunications of Kosovo (PTK).
