The main activity of the company is owning stocks and shares in Kuwait or foreign companies and participating in the establishment of, lending to and managing of these companies. In addition the company lends money to companies in which it owns shares, owns real estate and moveable property and invests in investment and real estate portfolios. KIPCO has become one of the premier investment holding companies in the Middle East and North Africa. The holdings consists of more than 60 companies and the number of the employees is more than 12,000 people.
