The International Investor (TII) is a Kuwaiti shareholding company that was formed in 1992 by institutional and private investors. TII was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1996 and subsequently on Bahrain Stock Exchange. The activities of TII can be grouped under two main categories: Investment Banking ( Debt and Equity Solutions, Handling mergers and acquisitions, Asset Management, Investment Consultancy, Raising of Capital through private and public subscription) and Non-bank Financial Services (Payment and Loyalty Solutions and Consumer Financial Services).
