Caja Popular León Franco de Rioverde S.L.P., S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. is a cooperative that was founded on June 9, 1965, in the city of Rioverde, S.L.P. It was established after the completion of the third stage of missions under the direction of Father Juvenal Martínez Lara and the social service nuns. The cooperative was named "León Franco" in honor of Father León Franco Cisneros, the Mission Director. It started with a capital of $731.55 and had 43 founding members, most of whom were involved in orange cutting. Initially, the cooperative provided its services in a room attached to the parish, but later moved to a rented space on Hidalgo Street. Over time, with the support of its members, the cooperative was able to build its own premises on Madero Street in Rioverde. With the assistance of its members, the cooperative opened branches, most of which were located in rented premises. The Madero branch served as the main office until 1994 when the cooperative acquired a building on Centenario Street, which is now its headquarters.
