Tower Real Estate Investment Trust (Malaysia)

Tower Real Estate Investment Trust (Tower REIT) is a real estate investment trust based in Kuala Lumpur. It was established in 2006 with the goal of investing in prime office and commercial real estate assets. The trust aims to generate stable and regular distributions to its unitholders while growing its net asset value per unit. Tower REIT was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on April 12, 2006, following a successful initial public offering. In 2007, the trust diversified its portfolio objectives to include investments in residential and industrial real estate. This expansion was intended to capitalize on broader market opportunities and enhance growth prospects while maintaining the trust's investment objectives. Currently, Tower REIT's portfolio consists of three Grade A premium office buildings valued at over RM800 million. These properties are strategically located in prime locations and offer excellent amenities and ancillary facilities. The trust has attracted a diverse tenant base, including multinational corporations and emerging start-ups.
