Yeo Hiap Seng (Malaysia) Bhd. engages in the production and distribution of beverage and food. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are the production of instant noodles, sauces and non-alcoholic beverages. The products are distributed under the brand 'Yeos' for canned food and beverages, 'Fizzi' for cola canned drinks, 'Goodtaste' for sweetened condensed filled milk, 'Cintan' instant noodles and 'SoyRich' high protein soya milk. The beverage line includes soybean milk, sugarcane drink and chrysanthemum tea. All these products are manufactured in YHS Malaysia factories located throughout Malaysia. The manufacturing plant is complemented with its own extensive nationwide distribution network in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. YHS is also engaged in the processing and the trading of palm oil products and manufacture and distribution of coconut related products through its associated companies. Furthermore, the Company has a 49% stake in W.Y. Company Limited that is engaged in the manufacture of non-carbonated drinks in Thailand. The company was incorporated in 1970 and is based in Port Klang.
