ENOL GRUP S.A. was set up on August 31, 2004 and is a joint stock Romanian company, having as main activity the distribution of electricity. The president of ENOL Group declared in 2007 that in the previous year, 2006, only 40% of the company's revenues came from the electricity sell, the rest of 60% coming from the real estate business and selling of thermo-insulating material. In 2006, ENOL Group bought land in Cluj and built a 220 flat residential district.
