Bank Al Sharq is a Syrian bank within the Lebanese banking group Banque Libano-Francaise Group. It was established in 2008 with headquarters in Damascus. The bank is active in receiving and investing deposits, undertaking all types of banking and financing activities. It offers commercial banking services, including import and export support operations and payments, loan syndication, treasury and retail banking. In addition to several branches in Damascus, the bank maintains branches in Tartous, Lattakia, Homs and Aleppo.
