The company was established on October 28, 1997, its predecessor being Division of the circuit board of Nanya Plastics Company. In August 1999, Nanya PCB (Hong Kong) Limited was established helping the company invest in Mainland China. In August 2000, Nan Ya PCB (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established. In August 2001 Wuchang flip chip carrier board was certified. The company has obtained a series of major certifications: ISO-9001 certification in February 1993; ISO-14001 certification in August 1996; UL-QS-9000 certification in December 1998; OHSAS-18001 certification in February in 2001; and TL-9000 certification in March 2002.
