This indicates that it has strictly researched Vietnamese market before forming manufacturing factories in Vietnam. Besides, this representative office still operates.As investigated, State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Committee of the State Council – ultimate parent company indirectly had 71% of its interest. In particular, SASAC and National Council for Social Security Fund owned 90% and 10% shares of China Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited in Mar 2023 (i.e., an important state-owned backbone enterprise directly administrated by the central government in China. In June 2022, China Baowu officially transformed into a state-owned capital investment company) held an indirect 64.12% shares of its shareholder - BAOSTEEL SINGAPORE PTE LTD and a direct and indirect 59.66% shares of SHANGHAI BAOSTEEL PACKAGING COMPANY LTD (SSE: 601968).China Baowu's vision is to become a leading company in the global industry of steel and advanced materials industry.
