The Company specializes in manufacturing and installing equipment for civil and industrial plants.
The Company was established in 1961, operating under The Bussiness registation certificate No. 0800001972 issued by The Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong Provice on May 25, 2007. Head office: 515 Dien Bien Phu Road, Binh Han ward, Hai Duong City.
THE MAIN BUSINESS:
-Training and universal skill training for workers about: mechanical, equipment repair, industrial kiln construction.
-Make new, repair sea means of transportation with capcity upto 3,000 ton, install types of ship machines upto 1,050 CV; repair construction boats, dredge boats, marine transportation services for goods and tourists.
-Repair, maintenance services preodically and unscheduledly, supply spare parts for cement, thermo-electricity plant; supply and construct refractory material for several types of industrial kilns.
-Equipment installation uniform in production line of building material producing plants, processing food and foodstuff, thermo-electricity and hedroelectricity plants.
-Equipment manufacturing and import-export business material, machinery, technology line, construction materials, production line for material producing factory, process food and foodstuff, equipment for agriculture, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, non-standard steel structure.
-Design - consultant in construction investment; establishment, project investigation, bid document set up, survey, project management, execution supervision and main contractor EPC civil, industrial, transportation, irrigation building, and engineering infrastructure.
HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT:
1961: Machinery Erection Site - Uong Bi thermal power plants established on May 19, 1961.
1976: Machinery Erection Site - Uong Bi thermal power plants was merged with Ha Bac Machinery Erection Site then renamed into Machinery Erection Factory No.6 in April 1976.
1979: Machinery Erection Factory No.6 merged with Machinery Erection Factory No.9 then changed into Machinery Erection Union No.69 includes Machinery Erection Factory: No.69-1 (Pha Lai); No.69-2 (Haiphong); No.69-3 (Uong Bi); No.69-4 (Hoang Thach) in October 1979.
1988: Machinery Erection Factory No.69-3 and No.69-4 are merged into one and renamed into Machinery Erection Factory No.69-3 in August 1988.
1996: Machinery Erection Factory No.69-3 renamed to Machinery Erection and Construction Company No.69-3.
2007: The Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 351 / QD-BXD moved Machinery Erection and Construction Company No.69-3 into LILAMA 69-3 Joint Stock Company on March 6, 2007.
2016: The Company shares was first listed on UPCOM under the symboy L63 on October 06,2016
