1969: The Institute was renamed to Coal Design and Planning Institute on October 06, 1969.

1988: The Institute was transformed into Coal Design and Survey Company on October 19, 1988
1991: Mine Design and Planning Company was founded on the basis of integrating Coal Design and Survey Company and Coal Design Enterprise No.1 on December 03, 1991.
1993: Renamed to Mine Design and Survey Company On June 19, 1993.
1996: Renamed to Industrial and Mine Construction Consulting Company on May 27, 1996.
2000: Industrial and Mine Investment Consulting Company was established on the basis of integrating Electricity-Coal Investment Consulting Company and Industrial and Mine Construction Consulting Company on April 05, 2000.
2006: Renamed to Industrial and Mine Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company on March 28, 2006.
2007: Renamed to TKV- Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company on May 31, 2007.
2011: Renamed to Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company on June 20, 2011.
