2005: Renamed Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel Co., Ltd by Decision No. 98 of the People s Committee of Hanoi city on July 11, 2005.
2009: Renamed Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel Joint Stock Company by Decision No. 3267 / QD-UB of the People s Committee of Hanoi city July 1, 2009. The company operates under the registration certificate No. 0100100696 by now Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi city August 27, 2009.
