1979: The company changed its name to An Giang Import Export Union Company.
1988: Renamed to Union of An Giang Import Export Company.
1992: The company changed its name into An Giang Import Export Company.
2008: Angimex officially transformed into Joint Stock Company.
2012: The Company stock was listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on 14, December, 2012.
