Habeco-Hai Phong Joint Stock Company is located in Hai Phong City and was established on September 24, 2007, under Decision No. 227/BB-HABECO. It operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0203003491 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City. The company initially had a charter capital of VND 90,000,000,000, which was later increased to VND 160,000,000,000. The company is the investor of the project "Investment in construction of Hanoi brewery in Hai Phong," with a capacity of 25 million liters/year in phase 1 and an expansion to 50 million liters/year in phase 2. The groundbreaking ceremony for the brewery took place on December 21, 2009, in Truong Son town, An Lao district, Hai Phong city. Since April 2011, Habeco-Hai Phong Joint Stock Company has been supplying two product lines to the market: Hanoi Bottled Beer 450ml and Hanoi Beer can 330ml, both branded by HABECO. The company is committed to producing high-quality beer products under the Habeco brand and ensuring compliance with state regulations for food hygiene and safety.
