Established in 2001 and started operation in 2004, Formosa Industries Corporation specializes in manufacturing artificial fiber, polyester resin, types of PVC fabric, PU artificial leather, Bopp plastic film, etc. In addition, it leases a part of the workshop and office, and operates a thermal power plant in Nhon Trach III Industrial Park to supply electricity for production to factories in the industrial park and sell part of it to the national grid. Besides the domestic market, Formosa Industries Corporation exports a considerable number of products to many international markets.
