On the legal, the subject is operating under the charter capital of VND 300 billion, contributed by Mr. Ta Quang Huyen, Mr. Ta Cong Son, and Ms. Nguyen Hong Nga. However, in fact, the shares of Mr. Ta Cong Son have been transferred to Ms. Ta Ngoc Mai, his young sister, as confirmed by Ms. Nga, the deputy chairwoman.The subject specializes in processing cashew nuts, cashew kernels, and dry roasted salted cashews. Ms. Nga said that besides the domestic source, the subject imports cashew materials from Africa and Cambodia. Its products have been mainly exported to foreign markets, including the USA, Netherlands, Germany, England, Australia, Japan, and China. It could be seen that the subject's business results boomed in 2021 and 2022 despite the outbreak of the pandemic. Regrettably, the subject's profit seriously decreased in 2022 due to high loan interest expenses. Its capital structure was considered unsafe.
