THACO AGRI is a member of THACO GROUP. It was officially founded in 2019 to participate in the field of hi-tech agriculture, covering the sectors, consisting of cultivation of fruit trees and industrial trees, cattle & pig breeding, nutrition & animal feed, and fruit & vegetable processing. Lately, the subject has had charter capital increased to VND 15 trillion. It is developing a total agricultural land area of 84,000 hectares in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Some fruit trees are deployed such as banana, pineapple, longan fruit, mango, durian, avocado, etc; industrial trees include rubbers. In the field of breeding, in May 2023, 3,278 cattle imported from Australia via Tan Cang Central (Quy Nhon) were received by THACO AGRI and brought to KLH Ia Puch farm.The investment in subsidiaries activity has increasingly expanded to scale up its business fields. As of 31 Dec 2022, the long-term investments in subsidiaries occupied up to 50.07% of its total assets. With meaningful support from Thaco Group, the subject is expected to develop further in the future.
