Founded in 2015 in Thua Thien Hue province, the subject is now a medium company in manufacturing yarn. It imports cotton for production from Pakistan, India, and China. Its finished products are exported 80% to foreign markets, of which mainly to China, South Korea, and partly to the Philippines. The subject stopped exporting to Sri Lanka in 2 recent months. Noticeably, the yarn industry has opposite growth in the two halves of 2022, namely growing well in the first half but reducing deeply in the late months in the context of demand decrease and large inventories. The situation was still worse in 2023. The subject had to cut production capacity to about 15-20% in the first months of 2023. As shared by a chief accountant, in 6 first months of 2023, it only generated VND 184 billion in revenue and VND 300 million in net income. The chief accountant also revealed that the yarn price started increasing slightly in Aug and the output also has more positive signs in this quarter.
