History of formation and development:
2012: Power Generation Corporation 3 was established under the Decision No. 3025 / QD-BCT dated 2012-01-06 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
2018: Shares of the Company were traded on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center with the ticket PGV on March 21, 2018.
27 September 2018: Transformed into Power Generation Joint Stock Corporation 3 with charter capital of VND10,699,695,770,000.
2019: Moved to No 60-66 Nguyen Co Thach Street, Sala Urban Area, An Loi Dong Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
2022: The Company s shares were delisted from Upcom since Jan 24, 2022 and relisted on Hochiminh stock exchange since Feb 9, 2022
