The Company was founded in 1962, operates under the business license registration number 0400101556 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City January 30, 2007. Head Office: 36 Ong Ich Duong, Hoa Tho Dong Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City.

History:
1962: The forerunner is the Hoa Tho Textile Factory under the Vietnam Cotton Industry Company.
1993: Factory converted into a state-owned enterprise: Hoa Tho Textile Company under the Decision No. 241 / TCLD dated 24 March 1993 of the Ministry of Light Industry.
1997: The Company was renamed Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company under the Decision No 433 / QD- TCLD of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation.
2005: The Company was transformed into Hoa Tho One Member State Garment Company Limited in accordance with Decision No. 200/2005 / QD-TTg dated 08 August 2005 of the Prime Minister.
2006: The Company was transformed into Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Corporation under the Decision No. 3252 / QD-BCN and came into operation on February 1, 2007.
2017: Shares of the Company are listed on the stock exchange Upcom, trading code HTG . The first transaction is June 14, 2017.
2023: The Company s shares were delisted from Upcom since 31 Oct, 2023 and relisted on Hochiminh stock exchange since Nov 9, 2023
